B. Prepaid Packages

• If you cancel a prepaid treatment package, your refund will be calculated as:
  Refund = Total Package Price − (Number of Services Used × Standard Per-Treatment Price)

C. Cancellations & No-Shows

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Missed appointments without proper notice may result in a $99 no-show fee or loss of a session from a package.
• Packages expire 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

6. Product Sales & Returns

• Product purchases (e.g., devices, supplements) are subject to the return and warranty policies specified at the time of sale.
• We do not accept returns on opened or used medical products unless required by law.
